As you may have read or seen in the news, oral arguments were held yesterday in a
legal case challenging the authority of the New York City Board of Health to impose
the NYC beverage ban.

While New Yorkers for Beverage Choices was not involved in the suit, we support and
applaud the effort of those workers and businesses who were involved.
